Langkawi Island

Langkawi is an archipelago made up of 99 islands on Malaysia’s west coast. Surrounded by turquoise sea, the interior of the main island is a mixture of picturesque paddy fields and jungle-clad hills. If you’re intent on carting off duty-free alcohol, cigarettes and chocolate, then this is the place to be. Still, Nature-lovers will find the island just as agreeable as the shoreline is fringed by powder-fine sand and swaying coconut trees.

The best way to explore Langkawi Island is to rent a scooter and travel around. The scenery is beautiful. If you like waterfalls this is the best place to see a variety of them. And the best part is that you can swim in there. There is nothing better then to cool down in fresh water as it is very hot in Langkawi. As everywhere else in Malaysia.

One of the most impressive things I have seen and done was sliding on a natural water slides and looking down to falling water from up high whilst holding myself with a rope. The view is incredible!!

Cable car experience lets to see you the beauty of the island. If the day is clear you can even see Thailand

Didn’t see the perfect sunset but sky every evening was something special

In Langkawi...we chilling in the Babylon.. life reggae music in a beach bar, what more could you ask after a day full of excitement and adventures!

I was intending to stay in the island for a few days only...but I loved there so much that my few days become a week.
